I started making cakes in 2008 when my first daughter was born. I wanted to make a delicious cake that looked good. I have undertaken several courses with Planet Cake, Cake Cre8 by Debbie Lee and Cake Decorating Central. In 2013 my eldest daughter was diagnosed with Coeliac Disease. Since that time I have been concentrating predominately on gluten free cakes and cookies. In 2016 I moved my business to solely gluten free cakes and cookies. I have completed the Safe Food Handling Practices, Food Safety Supervisor course and a Food Allergy awareness course
I am registered with Penrith Council and the NSW Food Authority.
